What happens if my Giftcard is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately Gift cards and vouchers cannot be replaced if they have been lost, stolen or misplaced.
Treat your gift cards and vouchers like cash. You're responsible for keeping it safe.
Can I return body jewellery?
Due to health & hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Staff will assist you with your choice, but the final decision is yours. We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind.
Damaged or faulty items can be returned for a refund or credit if returned within 14 days.
