Aftercare spray is a vital part of the healing if your piercing. By purchasing the aftercare spray you can guarantee you will clean your new piercing.  

Yes it does slightly hurt but pain is beauty!

the pain honestly lasts for a few seconds. 

We take bookings in store, over the phone & online. Sometimes these bookings overlap so we will decline a booking.

Or if you are trying to book a Tandem ear piercing this could be decliners because there isn’t 2 piercers working at your desired time. You will be emailed with the next available tandem time. 

Every body’s body is different in a unique way.  

To be 100% sure that your anatomy suits a certain type of piercing you can visit any of our stores and one of our knowledgeable piercers will be able to assist you.

Common piercings that are highly anatomy dependent are: Industrial, Navel, forward helix, septum and daith.  

All of our body piercers have extensive piercing experience and knowledge.  Each piercer has their Infection control certificate and Inverness training certificate. We have regular training days to stay on top of all the lastest piercings.

Unfortunately no we can not. Under our Infection control guideline only medical practitioners are allowed to remove dermal anchors. 

Body piercers are not allowed to apply or administer numbing cream.

You can however purchase numbing cream from the pharmacy & apply it yourself or have the pharmacist apply it for you.  

Numbing cream takes about 20 minutes to work. 

We recommend making a booking to avoid missing out on your piercing. Some days we get very busy. We try our best to squeeze everyone in but unfortunately some days we are fully booked, so next to book your desired appointment time. 

After swimming we recommend :

- Rinse your piercing with fresh water

- Pat dry 

- Apply aftercare spray 

Firstly, the question should be: do you use Piercing earrings.  Lots of other companies are using blunt earrings with butterfly backs.
We only use piercing earrings with capped backing. 

To answer your question, No we do not use a gun.

We use a “device” which is similar to the gun but no where near as bad!

- Our device uses ear piercing earrings which are as sharp as a 20 gauge needle. 

Whereas the gun uses blunt earrings which cause blunt force trauma. 

- our earrings have a capped backing to avoid the earring being over tightened & covers the sharp tip of the earring. Our backings also leave room for swelling & room to keep the piercing clean. 

Whereas the gun uses butterfly backs which can be over tightened. 

- our device is silent & hand pressured.

Whereas the gun is loud & spring loaded. 

- our earrings are in a fully encapsulated sterilised cartridge.  The device does not touch the ear. 

Whereas as the gun uses earrings that are fully exposed & not sterilised.

Due to health & hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Staff will assist you with your choice, but the final decision is yours. We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. 

Damaged or faulty items can be returned for a refund or credit if returned within 14 days. 

Yes, minimum spend is $50.

We pierce from 6 months old. This is to allow the ears to have developed more.  At 6 months babies head/ear is also further away from their shoulder & baby can also sit up better with more stability of their head also at this age.

*please note - all babies/children’s lobes do require an anatomy check to ensure they are ready to be pierced.
